Paying for a VPS as a company by invoice with accounting documents.
Companies and sole traders pay by invoice from a business account, and the provider sends acts and VAT invoices — without them the expense cannot be booked.
Check whether the provider supports electronic document exchange and charges VAT: it decides whether you can reclaim the tax.
