DDoS protection
Filtering junk traffic so the server keeps working during an attack.
A DDoS attack floods a server with requests from thousands of infected devices until it stops responding. Protection filters out the junk traffic before it reaches the VPS.
Basic protection against simple network-level (L3–L4) attacks is included by many providers. Attacks on the site itself (L7) need separate services. Protection matters most for game servers and shops.
