Location (data center)
The country and city where the server physically stands. It affects speed, laws and price.
The closer the server is to visitors, the faster the site loads: for Russia people usually pick Moscow or Saint Petersburg, for Europe Germany or the Netherlands.
Location also sets the law: personal data of Russian citizens must be stored in Russia under Federal Law 152-FZ. And the same plan can cost very differently in different countries.
