HDD
Hard disk: slow but cheap and large — for backups and file storage.
An HDD is a classic hard disk with spinning platters. It is noticeably slower than an SSD, but a gigabyte on it costs several times less.
HDD VPSes suit storage, backups, a media library or a torrent client — where you need a lot of space and response time does not matter. Websites and databases on HDD will be slow.
