The fastest SSDs: many times faster than regular SSDs on heavy workloads.
NVMe drives are SSDs connected directly to the processor bus rather than through the old SATA interface. They read and write faster and, above all, handle many times more simultaneous operations.
Databases, online shops, 1C and anything disk-heavy will feel the difference. A simple site is fine on a regular SSD.
