Virtualization and resources
Cloud server
A VPS you can grow, shrink or delete at any time, often billed by the hour.
Providers call a VPS “cloud” when it lives on a cluster of servers: resources change from the panel in minutes, the disk is stored apart from the CPU, and if a node fails the machine moves to another one.
Technically it is the same virtual server, so cloud plans sit next to regular VPS plans in our catalog. The difference is in flexibility and billing, not the name.
