Cores reserved for your VPS only — performance does not drop because of neighbours.
On a regular VPS cores are shared between customers: if a neighbour loads the CPU, your server may slow down. Dedicated cores are reserved for you alone — you get their full power all the time.
Such plans cost more but are needed for databases, game servers, builds and video processing — wherever steady CPU speed matters.
